Your
decision to stay on Twitter or not, , probably shouldn’t be about whether or not you like or agree with Elon Musk, current CEO and long-time Twitter enthusiast.
He sure does seem to be hands-on in his role at the helm, though. Just check out this Elon tweet testing the good old Periscope using software from 2015, just recently on Twitter:

Two things occur to me. One is will he bring Periscope back? —
I wouldn’t mind that! And why doesn’t Elon like hearts?
Another tweet he just posted warned people that he’s clearing inactive accounts to clean things up at Twitter as well. These are accounts where people haven’t tweeted for a number
of years.
Even though he warns that follower counts may decrease, I think this is a good thing. We
want real people, not bots or unused accounts, to interact with on social media.
And yes, I still
do love my Twitter.
New Features for May for Twitterers
Twitter is on the move and is at least testing and trying new ideas and also new features for a better user experience. A few are slated to roll out this month. Let me know if you’re using or testing any of them:
1- Twitter Circles- How does a private club within your Twitter account sound to you? Well, you can share private conversations of tweets and
replies with only the people in your Circle. Create a circle of up to 150 company people, family, or community members.
Right now, you can only have one circle!
2- Twitter Text Editor- This is a good one, allowing you
to use different font sizes, styles, colors, and backgrounds to add visual appeal to tweets and comments. You need Twitter Blue
for this one! 🎨
3- Twitter Composer Bar- Keep up with the speed of Twitter with this new feature, giving you a composer bar at the bottom of the screen so you can continue to scroll your feed while composing your tweets.
What Happened to My Twitter Creator Studio— Is it Gone?
Don’t worry, my lovely nervous friends, some time later in May, you'll find the fun tools and features from your Twitter Creator Studio in a new place called “Twitter Create.” Twitter Create gives you resources and tips for how to create goals and monetize your Twitter account.
It also gives you access to tools for the media studio, analytics, and more. You can click here to learn more about Twitter Create.
