done reading this email! If you have a BuyMeACoffee account you may want to refresh or update your page because there’s a few new things going on since I last checked it closely; I like what’s there and think you will too.
1- Sign up on BuyMeACoffee here. You can do so via your Google account, via email, or with the other choices you will immediately see at the start.
2- Name your Page. It’s easy peasy and starts with the customized URL you are prompted to select, like

3- Customize your Home Page by following the dots. Add your photo to your profile, upload your header image using the specs given, and select either a still visual or a video to introduce your
business, topic, or intention for your BuyMeACoffee participation. Pay close attention to matching your page name and URL to make it easy and memorable for visitors. Concisely spell out what you’re up to in the short explanation of your page (that shows up in the header section center below your headshot) and by optimizing the short description on the Home Page.
4- Add payment information so you get your support funds directly into your bank account. Stripe is
completely free and the pay provider of choice, giving your supporters access to pay in secure, private third-party comfort. This is so hassle-free for you to get payments and this is the only fee due area, a mere 5%, or .25 on a $5.00 coffee donation and credit card processing fees. You make 95% of donations and pay nothing for your account including memberships, interactions, thank you notes, emails, or anything else. Pretty sweet right 😄

5- Customize your donation for “coffees” by changing your ask to pizza, champagne, chocolate, ice cream, or beer— whatever fits you! You can even change the coffee icon to match your “ask” preference. Super. Set your price for a cuppa while you’re there. I stuck with coffee at $5 a cup:)
Go ahead and stop after these five steps, and you’re set to go with your “coffee” shop and the ability to get donations to support your work. I told you BuyMeACoffee is easy and fun to do right away! (I did say

You can also lock content for supporter-only or membership levels, depending on what you want to do. Conveniently, at the end of each post, a
coffee request is the CTA! Watch this video for some inspiration!
Memberships for monthly or yearly packages you want to offer by enticing a trade for exclusive content and other valuable coaching, masterminds, freebies, or whatever you decide to package at each level for members. Vary your offer at each price point for up to three (3) membership levels available from your BMAC
(BuyMeACoffee) site. Again, payment is monthly or yearly and the setup for taking payments is built right in so they’re ready to go.
Extras are pretty wide open to let you sell digital downloads, physical products, paid bookings, or pretty much anything you like. Use your imagination, but you may want to entice people further with a few freebie digital downloads
or gifts among your selections to create further goodwill and entice demand for your exclusive stuff.

Wishlists are actual things you want to purchase with the help of your supporters through donations. If you show what you’re wishing for, supporters can add funds to help you reach your goal to purchase your wish! Here’s how I’m doing towards reaching my wishlist goal:

Commissions (or requests, services, bookings, readings— depending on your preference) give you the chance to sell
consultations, services or service packages, audit sessions, coaching, or whatever works for you to sell directly to people. Visitors, supporters, and engaged followers can book, pay, and schedule appointments or orders directly from your BMAC Page. How convenient:)
The more I look things over at the BuyMeACoffee website these days, the more I see the beauty in the simplicity it offers.
