Happy Halloween Booootiful!

Today’s email will make you so happy if you’re feeling a little spooked about being on camera. 

Or, maybe you feel like you’re having a scary hair day (which is sometimes why I don’t get on camera!) or don’t want to be seen! I get it and I feel you because I do a lot of videos, but I know I’m not always a happy pumpkin to be on video all the time myself. 

But, there are always tricks and treats in my emails for you, and in today’s email you'll get treats that position you for--

• Connecting with your community, 
• Creating valuable (repurpose-able) audio content, and 
• Having essential conversations about topics your followers care about.

And what is my secret potion to get you this magical combination of possibilities while allowing you a perfect opportunity to establish authority, trust, and thought leadership? 

Abra-cadabra, Twitter Spaces for audio events!  It is your easy-as-pumpkin-pie solution and here are the simple steps to get you started:

1. Update Your Twitter App: Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed on your mobile device. 

2. Access the Spaces Feature: Open the Twitter App and tap on the blue plus icon at the bottom. Next you'll see the purple "Spaces" icon. Click on it to create a new Space.

3. Create a Great Title: Think of a catchy title to get attention on Twitter and draw in the perfect listeners.

4. Select Topics for Your Space: You can choose 3 topics, from a list that is provided by Twitter, to add more context - but this feature is optional.

5. Invite Co-hosts and Speakers: You can invite 2 co-hosts and up to 10 additional speakers to join your Space. Allow guests to “have the mic” during your Spaces Event LIVE as well! 

6. Set the Date and Time: Schedule your Space for a date and time that works for you and your target audience. Or you can just start the Space impromptu!

7. Promote Your Space: Tweet about your upcoming Space to your followers, using relevant hashtags, and encourage retweets to expand your reach.

Using Twitter Spaces offers a fantastic opportunity to create valuable audio content and connect with people who share your interests. It allows you to have conversations with colleagues, inviting others to also share their views or ask questions.
