Reluctantly, I gave it a try anyway and here is what I found out:
Only a handful of people clicked the link and there wasn't much engagement from those that did. Take a look at this video to see how I conducted the test - and how I tracked the results in Google Analytics.
Now the beauty of this test is that even if you don't have a YouTube channel you can track conversions from any traffic source using Goals in Google Analytics.
In the video, I'll teach you how to set up a "Goal" in Google Analytics that keeps track of subscribers who sign up and land on the "Thank-You" page on your blog. But the truth is, you can set up Goals to track any page on your domain.
